7 Step Programme

When you join us at the Osprey Leisure Club we will help you achieve your goals. Our new 7 step progamme is designed just for you. Our team of fully qualified instructors will guide and help you throughout your journey.  From your induction to our club onto full fitness assessment which includes fitness testing, measurements, BP, Body fat. After we complete the first two steps we will design a programme just for you. Over the course of the next four steps we will coach, train and educate you on all things from your progamme to techniques to lifestyle changes.

Once you complete the first six steps we will reassess you and you will be able to see your results.

We just don’t leave you there, We will then design a newly improved progamme and the help and support you continue.

 

THE 7 STEPS

  1. Induction: On your first visit we will do a full gym induction with you. We will show you how all of the machines work and their purpose.
  2. Full fitness assessment: Included in this is Blood Pressure, Fitness testing, Measurements, Strengths test, Body Fat, BMI. We will compare these with your results in 6 weeks time.
  3. Personal Training: One-to-one personal training session in which we will go through your new programme in detail Day one of the programme.
  4. Personal Training: One-to-one personal training session in which we will go through your new programme in detail Day two of the programme.
  5. Food/Lifestyle Advice: Now that you are fully focused and training hard we will discuss your lifestyle and food with you.
  6. Personal Training: One-to-one personal training session in which we will go through your new programme again and make sure your form is right you’re enjoying it.
  7. Re-assessment: We will repeat all of the same tests we did in step two and we will compare your results.
