Vicky decided to change careers in 2015 to follow her passion for health, fitness and nutrition. She wanted to expand her knowledge and encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle!
Qualifications: She studied Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training (EQF) Level 4 in the National Training Centre. National Qualification in Pre and Post Natal Training, Indoor Cycling, Pool Lifeguard Award, Paediatric First Aid, Pool Plant & Child Protection.
John Brown - Duty Manager
John has experience in running his own Fitness Company successfully in Brisbane Australia. He also has worked with teams as a Sports Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach in Local Clubs around the Country.
Qualifications: Sports and Leisure Management, Spin Keiser level 1 and 2, Aqua Speedo, Rip 60, Personal Training, Kettlebells, Strength and Cautioning, Sports Therapy, Step Aerobics, Pool Plant, First Aid and CPR Qualified.
Orlaith White - Fitness Instructor
From playing sports, in particular soccer, for a number of years Orlaith believes that challenging your fitness levels and regularly exercising has a positive effect on your mental health and wellbeing. Orlaith is currently completing a BA in Leisure Management in DIT.
Qualifications: Higher National Diploma in Leisure Management Certificates in Exercise Health & Fitness (NCEF) Cycle Reebok, Occupational First Aid and Child Protection, Health & Safety, Sports & Recreation Level 5, Pool Plant, Fire Safety and Manual Handling and Pool Lifeguard Award.
Daniel McAllister - Fitness Instructor
Daniel has a passion for strength and conditioning, he’s a great motivator particular in the HITT and Boxercise classes.

Paraic McCarthy - Fitness Instructor
To Páraic, exercise is an important part of everyday life. He believes it is a meaningful activity that adds substance and benefits everyone's life. He has a background in Sports Performance, Sport and Health Psychology, Personal Training and believes fitness and health goals can be achieved with smart training, hard work, consistent effort, and of course motivation.

Naomi - Fitness Instructor
Naomi has a great passion for fitness and the fitness industry. She has being in gyms for all of her adult life training and working out. She is now ITEC Qualified in Leisure and Fitness based exercise. Her main passion is Spin and one of the reasons she went into the fitness industry. Her favourite part of this job is teaching classes and changing them up to keep them fun, fresh and exciting. Setting out to help people with their goals and lifestyle changes is one of the most important parts of the job to her. Programmes are made to suit each member individually and reach that members goals.

Rachel - Receptionist
Rachael has worked in Customer Care and Reception for several years. She has a keen interest in health and wellbeing and has qualifications in Reception and Front Office, Special Needs Assistance, Indian Head Massage, Reiki and paediatric first aid. She is currently undertaking a diploma course in Hypnotherapy & Sports Coaching.
Ann Clarke - Receptionist
Has over 28 years working in Customer Service and is 13 years in her current role. Ann has been with us since the club first opened its doors on 18th of November 2003.
Qualifications: She has completed various Customer Services courses & has studied with the IMI, Occupational First Aid & Child Protection
