1.. By booking swimming lessons with us, you accept all terms and conditions. 2. You will ensure that your child/children will follow the general facility rules that Osprey Hotel has in place. 3. You must not leave the pool premises whilst your child is in the pool for the duration of the lesson. 4. The Osprey will only assume responsibility for your child at the start of the class and that responsibility will transfer back to the guardian when the class is finished. 5. The use of phones whilst in the pool area/changing room is strictly prohibited. 6. We reserve the right to offer no refunds under any circumstance including medical/injury. 7. Swimsuits, towels and bathing caps are essential. 8. Osprey Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, valuables or injuries to any child. 9. Osprey policies are GDPR compliant.
