Our Refund Policy

  • We require a minimum of 1 months’ notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in 100% cancellation fee being charged to your card. Please contact us initially by phone followed by an email if you wish to cancel or amend a booking.

  • You will only be permitted to use the Club provided your membership is fully paid. Membership and guest fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Person’s wishing to join must fill out an application form and submit to the Club.

  • Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

  • Membership may be terminated by management for any violation of the Club’s rules or terms and conditions, or for conduct deemed to be detrimental to the welfare, good character of the Club and its members.

  • There are a couple of other ways to cancel your contract with us. You’ll find these alternative methods below:

Covid Cancellation Policy:

  • If you suddenly become unwell and cannot attend the Leisure Club, the cancellation policy above still applies however you will be allowed to reschedule for another date once you have Doctors clearance. Please contact the Leisure Club immediately via phone or email if this occurs so that we may assist you.
